A Genomic Service Company

TACGenomics is a genomic service company based in California USA, providing comprehensive solution to the problem of handling data generated by next generation sequencing (NGS) devices. TACGenomics has a team composed of bioinformatician, molecular biologist and computer scientist who are all at Ph.D. level.

Our team has the experience of hundreds of NGS data analysis projects from all over the world. The mission of TACGenomics is to help our customer to solve the biological questions.

RNA sequencing

RNA-seq uses NGS to reveal the presence and quantity of RNA in a biological sample at a given moment in time.

scRNA sequencing

scRNA-seq examines the sequence information from individual cells with optimized NGS technologies

Exome sequencing

Exome sequencing is a cost-effective approach when whole-genome sequencing is not practical or necessary.

Chip sequencing

ChIP-seq is a method combines ChIP with DNA sequencing to identify the binding sites of DNA-associated proteins.

Other sequencing

We also provided the data analysis service for miRNA_seq, Methyl-Seq, circRNA-seq and whole genome assembly.
